Cancellation Policy

Webinars are purchased per connection and not per person. Requests for refunds will be honoured provided a written notice of cancellation of the webinar connection is received at least 24 hours prior to the start of the webinar. When cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to the start of the webinar, no monies will be refunded.
