Group rates are available with a 20% discount on individual registration rates for registrations of five or more people.

This discount is available on all packages (full or daily registrations) when five or more individuals from the same organization are registered at the same time. Additional registrants cannot be added to the group after registration has been completed.

To access this discount, you must enter the discount code OMSSAGROUP on the “Billing Contact” page at the beginning of the registration process, and then follow the instructions to apply the discount once you have added at least five attendees. You will find these same details within the registration process for your convenience.

Forum Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds will be honoured, less a $50.00 administration fee, provided a written notice of cancellation and request for refund is received more than ten (10) business days prior to the event (on or before September 9, 2024). When cancellation is received ten (10) business days or less, (on or after September 10, 2024) no monies will be refunded. Persons who register but do not attend and fail to provide notice of cancellation are not eligible for a refund.

Registrations cannot be shared; however, substitutions will be accepted up to September 20, 2024 at noon. Requests for substitutions after 12:00 pm on September 20, 2024 are subject to a $50 administration fee. OMSSA reserves the right to cancel or change the program without notice and will be responsible for refunding the registration fee only.
