This workshop will use case-based discussions to explore new approaches to thinking and analysis that will remove the mysteries of what it means to think politically and enhance the quality of our analysis and capacity for strategic thinking.
In this two-part workshop, participants who are in leadership roles or new to leadership will evaluate their own competencies and identify those that they can develop to create and foster inclusive, accessible workplaces and spaces.
In this workshop, participants will assess their conflict competencies through a behavioral lens and will learn how to channel conflict from negative stressful situations to positive stress-free ones.
