Dear Member Lead,

Congratulations on your recent appointment as one of the 47 OMSSA Leads.

As you know, OMSSA is a non-profit association whose members are Ontario‘s 47 Consolidated Municipal Service Managers (CMSMs) and District Social Services Administration Boards (DSSABs) across Ontario.

In your role as a Member Lead, along with OMSSA Staff, we help our members by supporting, connecting and advocating for our members across Ontario, and we help them to achieve their collective mission of delivering the best human services outcomes for Ontario’s communities.

Some of the services OMSSA provides and designed to support, represent and connect our members, including:

• Policy and government relations
• Conferences, forums, workshops and webinars
• Member networks and an online Members‘ Portal
• Bi-weekly OMSSA Today e-newsletter
• A human services job board
