Child Care and Early Years
In Ontario, Service System Managers play a central role in the planning, funding, administration and operation of early years and licensed child care services. OMSSA and Ontario’s Service System Managers are ready and able to work in partnership with the Province to lend our expertise and experience on designing and implementing Ontario’s new child care plan, and to work with the federal government to implement a national child care plan with universal access across Canada.
