WAGE RANGE:                     $56.61/hr-$70.76/hr ($103,030.20-$128,783.20)/Annually

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing Child and Family initiatives for the County of Oxford.  Develops and implements community-based partnerships across sectors to deliver programs specific to families and children.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Child Studies, Early Childhood Education, Social Services or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, organizing and implementing Ministry-funded child and family programs.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, statutes and regulations related to early childhood education and occupational health and safety.
  • Ability to demonstrate the required competencies for this position in alignment with Oxford County’s competency framework.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver programs, services and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork, lead and empower teams and guide effective project management outcomes.
